Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of TikTok Analytics — accounts, acceptable use, the free trial, billing, and your rights.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to TikTok Analytics (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the marketing site at postmetrica.com and the dashboard at app.postmetrica.com (together, the “Service”).
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. Together, these Terms and the Privacy Policy form your agreement with us.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service — but please email us at support@postmetrica.com and we will try to help. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Account terms
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure, and for all activity under your account.
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws, including copyright laws.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
- You are responsible for all accounts and videos you choose to track under your account.
- You must provide a valid email address and any other information required to complete signup.
- A single login may be used by one person only; sharing one login across multiple people is not permitted.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious or harmful material.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if any of these conditions are violated.
2.2 Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way.
- To send spam, junk mail, chain letters, or any unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
- To impersonate the Company, our staff, another user, or any other person or entity.
- In any way that infringes the rights of others, or is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
- To access non-public TikTok data, or to circumvent the Terms of Service or policies of TikTok or any other platform. The Service is for tracking publicly available profiles only.
- To otherwise restrict or inhibit anyone's use of the Service, or expose us or other users to liability.
3. Communications
When you create an account, we may send you essential service and billing communications — notices about your account, the Service, and your subscription. We may also send optional product updates and marketing. You can opt out of the optional messages at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@postmetrica.com. You cannot opt out of essential service- and billing-related communications while you have an active account.
4. Subscription and financial terms
4.1 Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial you can use the Service without being charged. When the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically unless you cancel before it expires. Some features — such as the Deep Research Agent — are not available during the free trial.
4.2 Paid subscriptions
Billing is handled by Stripe. To subscribe, you provide payment details directly to Stripe; we store only safe card display fields (card brand and last 4 digits) and never your full card number. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are non-refundable — if you hit a bug or issue, reach out and we will help.
4.3 Changes to fees and termination
We may change subscription fees, but we will communicate any price change in advance. We may refuse or cancel a subscription for reasons including service availability, errors in the price or description of a plan, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
We may also suspend or terminate your subscription if we believe you are abusing the Service — for example, using it to circumvent any platform's Terms of Service, starting multiple free trials, seeking unreasonable discounts, or repeatedly attempting to avoid payment.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Our intellectual property
The Service and its original content (excluding content and data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
5.2 Your content and tracked data
You retain your rights to any content you submit through the Service, and we claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for the profiles you choose to track and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform terms. Public TikTok data shown in the Service belongs to its respective owners; we present publicly available information and are not responsible for it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all content, materials, and information made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information included in it.
Analytics are snapshot-based, not real-time, and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not control TikTok and do not guarantee the continued availability or accuracy of any public data surfaced through the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect; what counts as material is determined at our discretion. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
