Do I need to connect my TikTok account?
No. You track public profiles by URL. There's no creator login, OAuth, or pixel — paste the profile link and the import runs in the background.
How fresh is the data?
Account stats refresh every hour. Videos refresh by age — every 12h in their first day, daily in their first week, then tapering to weekly and monthly for older posts. It's snapshot-based, not real-time.
Can I track competitors and other creators?
Yes — any public profile. Track your own roster, a niche, or a competitor set, and group them into collections for side-by-side comparison.
What makes a post show as "viral"?
The viral multiplier compares a post's views to that author's own average. Top gainers are ranked by view gain between snapshots, so breakouts surface while they're climbing — not just by lifetime totals.
When can I use the Deep Research Agent?
Deep Research is not available during the free trial. On paid plans, it unlocks for an account after you've tracked that account for 7 days, so the agent has enough snapshot history to ground its recommendations.
How is billing handled?
Through Stripe. We store only safe card display fields — brand and last 4 digits — never full card numbers. Plans differ by how many accounts and posts you track.
